What examiners said
Many candidates successfully identified the ovary (B) as the place where gametes are produced. Generally, candidates found it difficult to identify the cervix, D and the oviduct, A. It is important that the functions of the reproductive organs are learned, in addition to the structures.

Most candidates were unfamiliar with the style, the part of the flower between the stigma and the ovary. The most common mistake was labelling the stigma with the letter S.
